In appreciation of your trust in Narrows Heating & A/C and our commitment to providing a premier client experience, we are proud to offer a guarantee on the performance of any new residential Mitsubishi system we have the privelege to install. If, in the first year of us, it does not deliver the specified heating or cooling capacity, taking into consideration the nature of the project scope and ambient conditions which will be documented at the time of the installation, and we are not able to correct the problem, we will remove the Mitsubishi equipment and refund the entire price for the removed equipment.
